During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact telephone number, and your location within Bangladesh. zerogpt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your zerogpt account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zerogpt will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
All zerogpt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited in BDT at the amount transferred. No currency conversion is applied to domestic BDT transactions.
zerogpt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via supported mobile financial services are credited to your zerogpt balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. zerogpt does not charge any fee on incoming deposits; however, your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zerogpt bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with average completion times of under 30 minutes. zerogpt reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
zerogpt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback incentives, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
All games available on the zerogpt platform are provided by certified third-party game studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. zerogpt does not modify, alter, or interfere with the operation of any game supplied by a certified provider.

If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, any wager placed during that round will be returned to the player's balance. zerogpt's decision regarding the resolution of game malfunctions is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zerogpt platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the last used verified payment method, following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
All content on the zerogpt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of zerogpt or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of zerogpt or its partners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zerogpt platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the zerogpt platform without prior written consent from zerogpt.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zerogpt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the zerogpt platform, including but not limited to:
zerogpt's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zerogpt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on zerogpt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
zerogpt implements SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised zerogpt personnel and, where legally required, to competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
